Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Hexaa marketing site, the readiness assessment tool, the booking flow, and the AI-generated report. By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms of Service govern access to hexaa.ai, the readiness assessment, booking flows, and AI-generated readiness reports operated by Hexaa, Inc. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Acceptance of Terms

You may use the Service only if you can form a binding contract with Hexaa and comply with these Terms.

The Service

Hexaa provides B2B document-automation readiness content, lead-generation forms, scheduling, and AI-generated assessment outputs. Reports are informational and are not legal, financial, or professional advice.

Acceptable use

You must not attack, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, bypass rate limits, submit malicious content, or use the Service in violation of law.

User content

You retain ownership of submitted answers, company details, contact details, and messages. You grant Hexaa a limited license to use that content to operate the Service, generate the report, schedule calls, and follow up.

Intellectual property

Hexaa owns the site, code, design, prompts, workflows, and service content, excluding your User Content and third-party materials.

AI-generated content

The Service may use Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, and related AI systems. AI-generated content may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before reliance.

Third-party services

The Service uses sub-processors listed in the Privacy Policy, including hosting, analytics, scheduling, email, CMS, and AI providers.

Warranty disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED AS IS AND AS AVAILABLE. Hexaa disclaims warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hexaa's aggregate liability is limited to the greater of USD 100 or fees paid to Hexaa for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

Indemnification

You will indemnify Hexaa for claims arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your User Content, or your breach of these Terms.

Termination

Hexaa may suspend or terminate access for misuse, legal risk, or security risk. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Modifications

Hexaa may modify these Terms with 30 days notice for material changes, unless a change is needed sooner for legal or security reasons.

Dispute resolution and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Severability

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Entire agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Accessibility Statement, and Data Processing Agreement form the entire agreement for the Service.
