The Challenge

Every construction payment dispute required paralegals to check notice deadlines, lien waivers, and pay applications against rules that changed from state to state, a process that averaged 9 days per matter. The firm was losing an estimated 22 hours per week to rechecking deadlines and pulling documents again as projects crossed state lines.
