The Challenge

The sales team was growing and onboarding couldn't keep up. Every new rep needed hands on coaching before they were ready for real calls, and managers were running out of time to deliver it. The company needed a way to train more reps without adding more coaches.

What We Built

We built an AI agent that plays the buyer, using custom personas that object, stall, and push back the way a real prospect would. A feedback layer scores every session automatically and routes the right data to managers, admins, and reps based on their role. A full training scenario now takes under 4 minutes, replacing the 45 minute live sessions entirely.

Results

Onboarding went from 3 weeks to 4 days. Managers moved back to full time selling within the first month. Rep readiness became consistent across every hiring group. The project returned its cost within the first quarter through faster time to first deal.
