One Brief, Four AI Agents, Complete Course Module

The Challenge

Each course module took six to eight weeks to produce because every visual, script, 3D asset, and video lecture had to be built by hand. Specialized freelancers for 3D models and digital avatars consumed close to half the annual content budget. The team could only ship a handful of courses per year while learner demand kept climbing.

What We Built

We built four AI agents that work in parallel off a single course brief. One writes lesson plans and quizzes, another generates visuals, a third builds 3D lab models, and a fourth creates digital instructor avatars synced to audio. A full course module now takes under three hours from brief to delivery.

Results

Production time went from six to eight weeks to under three hours per module. The team stopped hiring freelancers for most asset work, which freed up close to half the content budget. Course completion rates climbed noticeably once static slides were replaced with richer, more varied content. Within the first quarter, the savings covered the cost of the build, and the client added over 40 new courses to the catalog that year.
