From 3-week onboarding to live portals in minutes

The Challenge

Every new partner organization needed a branded website, custom domain, and admin access, which took two to three weeks of manual setup. Trip data from dozens of suppliers had to be entered by hand, costing the team over 15 hours a week. A faster onboarding process meant partners could start selling sooner.

What We Built

We built a multi-tenant platform where AI agents handle partner setup, supplier syncing, and notifications automatically. When a partner is approved, an agent creates their branded portal, sets up their domain, and configures access within seconds. A second agent keeps trip inventory current by pulling supplier data on a loop, and a third delivers booking updates to admins and users in real time.

Results

Partner onboarding went from two to three weeks down to under a minute. Manual data entry dropped by over 15 hours per week once supplier syncing was automated. Payment tracking errors became rare after we moved transactions off spreadsheets. 50+ organizations are now active on the platform, each generating revenue from their first day live.
